Overview

Mae & George Home Fragrances offers a Subscribe & Save program so you can enjoy your favorite scents on a recurring basis at discount off every order.

How It Works

When you subscribe to a product, you'll automatically receive it at your chosen delivery frequency and be charged at the time of each fulfillment. No action is needed — your order processes automatically.

Discount

Subscribers receive 10% off the regular retail price on every recurring order. Subscription discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer account portal, including:

• Changing your delivery frequency
• Swapping products
• Updating your shipping address or payment method
• Pausing your subscription
• Canceling your subscription

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled order date. Cancellations made after an order has been processed will apply to the following billing cycle. We are unable to cancel or refund orders that have already been processed..

Billing

Your payment method on file will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You'll receive an email notification before each upcoming charge.

Shipping

Subscription orders are subject to standard shipping rates unless a free shipping promotion is active. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary.

Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing with advance notice. You will be notified via email at least 14 days before any price changes take effect.
