Rose Patchouli & Lily Candle

• Vessel: Glass, clear with a heavy base that can be reused as a multipurpose container. 
• Burn Time: Approx. 70 hours

This glass vessel beautifully adds to any decor. Once you're done burning this candle, this vessel can be washed with hot, soapy water and upcycled to a multipurpose container.

1. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
2. Keep candles away from drafts, flammable items or substances. 
3. Always burn candle on a level, heat resistant, stable and flat surface.
4. Keep candles away from children and pets.
5. Never attempt to move a candle when the wax is liquid or while the candle is burning. 
6. When lighting your candle for the first time allow the candle to burn long enough for a full melt pool to form. Full melt pools may take from 2-3 hours to form. This prevents the candle from tunneling when you burn it a second time.
7. Trim those wicks! Always trim your wick to 1/4" before burning. This helps keep the candle flame controlled and minimizes any wisps of smoke while burning.
8. Never burn a candle for longer than 4 hour intervals.
9. When 1/2" wax is left in the container, discontinue use. This is a good time to look for ways to upcycle that candle jar! Our containers make excellent office decor, planters, etc. Let us know if you need ideas!
10. Keep your wax pool clean. Get rid of those unsightly candle trimmings, they don't look good and they could potentially catch fire too.
11. Do not extinguish a candle with water.
12. Candle containers may be hot. Always allow wax to harden and the jar to cool before relighting, touching or moving.

• Most orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

• Exceptions to our processing times do occur, especially during sales and other yearly events. If processing falls outside of the 5 business day time period, we will update the current time in the announcement bar on the main web page.  

Once an order has been processed and shipped, there may be shipping delays due to carrier delays.

Returns & Exchanges:

Due to the nature of our products, used candles, room mists, reed diffusers cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. 

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after date of delivery to request a return. 

If accepted, unused products you are returning must be received within 14 days of the date of delivery. You will be responsible for generating shipping labels and all costs associated with shipping return items. Please save your tracking number.
